RADIKAL
WORLDWIDE SUPPLY CHAIN REGISTRY
USA, China, Europe, Mexico, Nigeria, Russia, and Japan

How To Be RADIKAL

Complete operating instructions for the RADIKAL supply chain intelligence registry. Follow these steps in order to unmask Tier-1 manufacturers, eliminate broker markups, and calculate cost parities.

1. Search the Registry

On the Registry page, search by finished product name, material, HS code, or brand. Filter by regional operational zone (USA, Europe, Canada, Mexico, Japan, China, Russia, Nigeria). Each supplier card documents its strategic industrial specialization and authoritative source registry. All fields — Factory Legal Name, Local Registration ID, and Direct Sourcing Coordinates — are fully visible and free.

2. Run the Industrial Broker Filter

Keep the broker filter on to automatically hide any supplier that fails both threshold validations: a verifiable shipping volume consistent with a real factory and an active domestic facility registration with a verified plant footprint and worker count. What remains is Tier-1 only.

3. Use the Brand Reverse Engine

Open the Sourcing Dashboards and select the Brand Reverse Engine tab. Enter a major competitive brand (e.g. ACE Hardware). RADIKAL cross-references shipping logs, manifest weights, origin ports, and destination ports to unmask the unlisted factories physically fulfilling that brand's inventory.

4. Calculate Factory Cost Basis

Open the Single Sourcing Engine dashboard. Enter the finished product and material, optionally attach an industrial PDF catalog or trade log. The engine returns a direct cost-per-ton timeline with low, central, and high estimates and the broker markup avoided.

5. Run a Competitive Matrix

Open the Enterprise Competitive Matrix dashboard and enter a rival corporate entity name. Generate an operational blueprint of their production margins, shipping frequencies, and supply chain adjustments.

6. Run a VC Institutional Audit

Open the VC Institutional Audit Report dashboard and enter a target factory or startup. The audit scores operational continuity, flags hidden white-labeling tricks, and isolates single-source supply vulnerabilities before capital is allocated.

7. Trust the Translation Layer

Foreign-language manufacturing logs, corporate records, material names, and registration files are translated to standard English before storage. The original local-language name is preserved in a fallback column, so search and display are always in English.

ZAX Secure Messaging

RADIKAL now includes ZAX blockchain-verified direct messaging. Open locked chat threads with verified suppliers, translate across 16 languages, and seal every message cryptographically.

8. Open Secure Messages (ZAX)

In the Sourcing Dashboards, select the Secure Messages tab to open the ZAX blockchain-verified messaging interface. Access uses your existing RADIKAL login — there is no separate ZAX account or login code.

9. Message a Supplier Directly

On any Registry supplier card, click Message Supplier (ZAX) to open a locked chat thread pre-populated with that supplier's blockchain identifier. The supplier's ZAX ID is displayed on the card.

10. Automatic 16-Language Translation

In the chat composer, choose the language you are typing in (From) and the language your recipient will read (To). Outgoing text is translated instantly before it is sent across 16 supported languages: English, Simplified Chinese, Russian, Spanish, Arabic, Hindi, Portuguese, Japanese, German, French, Swedish, Norwegian, Hausa, Yoruba, Korean, and Vietnamese.

11. Blockchain Verification Seals

Every message is sealed with a cryptographic blockchain hash. Verified messages display a shield seal and their full hash on demand, proving the message content has not been altered in transit.

12. Lossless Inbox

Incoming supplier replies queue silently in your conversation list rather than forcing themselves onto your screen. Your current workflow is never interrupted or thrown off-screen.
