How to Use ZAX
ZAX is a four-panel operations workspace. Every purchase order, bill, and business inquiry is a row in the Transaction Matrix, and every conversation, file, and notarization is locked to that single row.
The Four-Panel Matrix
On a desktop the screen locks into four fixed panels running left to right: the Supplier Registry Index, the Transaction Matrix, the Locked Line-Item Chat Stream, and the Evidence and Notary panel.
Rows are seeded straight from your live RADIKAL supplier registry, and every new order or business inquiry you add becomes a row you can message, approve, and attach evidence to.
On a phone or small screen the same four panels collapse into a single vertical column. Pages scroll up and down only, never sideways.
Supplier Status Markers
Action Needed is marked with a red dot. Waiting on Reply is marked with a white dot. Completed is marked with a green dot.
When a vendor sends new data, a numeric alert badge appears on the Supplier Registry panel. Your cursor and windows never move.
The Locked Line-Item Chat Stream
The chat window is permanently locked to the row selected in the Transaction Matrix. Selecting a different row instantly refreshes the stream to that row only.
The gold APPROVE ROW button stamps the row with a court-admissible blockchain fingerprint the moment you press it.
Evidence and the Blockchain Notary
PDF documents mount inside a fixed inline frame with all download, print, bookmark, and selection toolbars stripped away.
The BLOCKCHAIN NOTARY card displays the static proof hash for the active row and the status VERIFIED IMPERTURBABLE.
Clicking a line item surfaces only the files tied to that specific record. The trash control unlinks a file from the row.
The Local Video Engine
Videos play through a local peer-to-peer pipeline at 1024x576 resolution. Supported containers are MP4, MKV, AVI, and MOV, with a 20 minute duration cap.
Playback locks for exactly 2 seconds at start to preload the first 512 KB cache segment, then appends a new segment to the buffer every 2 seconds as the timeline advances.
Only three controls exist: PLAY, PAUSE, and STOP. STOP resets to time zero and wipes the cache trackers. Drag the timeline bar to jump anywhere instantly.
SAVE TO COMPUTER writes a duplicate copy of the file straight to your downloads directory.
The Privacy Cloak
Press Trigger Privacy Cloak in the footer to drop a full-screen camouflage mask over the entire workspace. While the cloak is active, all keyboard input is intercepted and nothing registers.
To unlock: press the left and right mouse buttons at the exact same time, then make a single separate left click. A password field appears in the middle of the screen.
The default system password is radikal.
The Translation Pipeline
Inbound vendor scripts written in English, Simplified Chinese, Russian, Spanish, Arabic, Hindi, Portuguese, Japanese, German, French, Swedish, Norwegian, Hausa, Yoruba, Korean, or Vietnamese are transcribed into English automatically inside the row thread.
No copy-pasting, no toggle buttons, no external language select windows.
Local-First Data
Transaction rows, chat logs, statuses, and file links live in local storage on this machine. No multi-tenant cloud cluster holds your ledger.
Save Backup to USB Drive in the footer exports a complete lossless copy of your records. Write it straight to your USB hardware drive.
